Senior Associate Michael Kline focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including construction, real estate, business disputes and professional liability matters. Michael has substantial experience handling all facets of business litigation, from case intake through trial, appeal and collection efforts. Michael is not only a skilled civil litigator but a former Certified E-Discovery Specialist and legal technology expert consultant with Thomson Reuters (Westlaw).

EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Michael graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was the founding managing editor of the school’s Dispute Resolution Law Journal.

When not representing clients, Michael enjoys playing bass guitar (www.gscoasterband.com), riding his Peloton bike, playing tennis, and, of course, spending quality time with his children.
