PATRICK SULLIVAN, ESQ.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Mr. Sullivan is a litigator with experience representing clients in a variety of high-stakes matters through all phases of litigation, in both state and federal courts. Mr. Sullivan’s practice focuses primarily on business and real estate litigation. Additionally, Mr. Sullivan has experience regarding intellectual property and securities litigation.

EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Mr. Sullivan received a dual Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Philosophy. Mr. Sullivan received his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado Law School. During law school, Mr. Sullivan served as an Articles Editor and Member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal and was awarded the Austin Scott Jr. Scholarship for merit. In addition to multiple internships, Mr. Sullivan gained hands-on experience during law school as a Student Attorney with the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic—a two-semester program during which he provided pro-bono legal services to businesses regarding various corporate and legal matters.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Horner Law Group, Mr. Sullivan was an associate at a Denver law firm specializing in intellectual property. During law school Mr. Sullivan held positions with Coinbase Inc., the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Chief Judge Michael Martinez of the 2nd Judicial District located in Denver, Colorado.

MEMBERSHIPS

Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Sullivan is also an inactive member of the State Bar of Colorado.
