For example, Mr. Horner was recently involved in several high-stakes patent litigation and intellectual property litigation cases including trade secret theft and cell phone intellectual property disputes.

In 2012, Mr. Horner prosecuted an action by an elderly seller of a medical devices company against the buyer resulting in a seven-figure settlement in favor of his client.
